The Mistake | 
so-soBook 2 in the series was less successful in my eyes than the first book. I liked Logan more than I expected to once we started getting more of his back story. However Grace felt sort of flat & never as interesting as Hannah, maybe because her background was vague. Hannah & Garrett actually stole all the scenes they appeared in.
Overall it felt more like a typical college romance story that I‘ve read before. Not as fresh and fun as The Deal. 3⭐️

Once again I am loving Elle Kennedy and all that she writes. The main characters of Grace and Logan really hit home in this one and I feel as though their journey could have been a real one with lies, jealousy, hurt, trauma, and repair.
pickHannah doesn‘t like Logan, and he also has a dismal future after he graduates, so Grace‘s a good distraction. When it becomes more between them, he makes a mistake that drives them apart. Grace makes him work her forgiveness.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This one was ok. There was this really boring part in the middle. I wanted a little more spice & romance. There were a couple hilarious scenes tho. Their character arcs were also really good.
Stepping back into the Off-Campus universe, I feel like I never left. The story picks right back up with Logan, Garrett‘s best friend and rock star on the ice (and if campus rumors are correct – in other places as well).

pickBook 2 in the off campus series. I enjoyed Logan and Grace‘s story. It‘s sweet with just a little heat. Fun to revisit prior characters. Quick read.

It's been a while since a book made me blush this much in public, I'm usually better at playing it cool. I loved it all. Funny, fleshed out characters with smokin hot chemistry (like, I'm surprised my Nook didn't spontaneously combust level chemistry). I could go on and on! My first series by Elle Kennedy but it's safe to say I'm HOOKED 🔥🔥🔥🔥

pickAlso read The Score by same author and purchased The Goal for future feel good reading. These are pure sugar, well maybe not pure because there's plenty of angst, but they're sweet and lovely. They all feature a smart, strong heroine and a too good to be true hero- none of the guys I knew when I was 21 was anything like these guys!- but I've always been a fan of fairy tales. Two thumbs up!
