I loved this book. I laughed out loud and got some pretty good life advise. And now have a new podcast to listen to.

The ever delightful Sara Millican decided to cheer us all up in these times of Quarantine, masks and washing our f@#k$*g hands by reading aloud from her book each day in 94 installments on social media. Each chapter was a laugh a minute and her honesty was refreshing as she recounted her childhood angst and yes, even her favourite cake recipe. I am a fan and I enjoyed this fresh narration because she is so darn funny. Give it a go, it‘s brilliant!
On picking a team for netball in school. She chose all the kids like herself, those who were not usually selected for teams. I LOVE this!
Is anyone else listening and watching Sara Millican reading her book on Instagram? It‘s a fun listen each day.
Went to see Sarah Millican last night. So funny. Now I need to read her book!!
We are part way through an epic week of entertainment. Last Thursday was a foodie thing at the markets, Friday was Phil Collins, Saturday a 50th party, last might Sarah Millican and tonight and tomorrow night Keith Urban

Not often I can't put a book down but this one was so funny and heartfelt and interesting that I started and finished it the same day! Can't praise this book enough for an honest and genuine autobiography
When I was in London a couple of years ago, I happen to catch one of Sarah Millican‘s stand-up special on BBC. It was hysterical. I‘m always looking for ways to get her work here, and was thrilled to find her book.
I enjoyed this book and gained a great deal of insight into Sarah's life and attitude toward it! I especially appreciated her frankness and her willingness to keep pushing forward.
The perils of synonyms 😂
Giving this a bash with some semi healthy food! Been dieting 3 days now, why haven't I lost haha!! 2 rest days off work and I'm looking forward to reading this beaut! 😍😍 happy Thursday all!
The self-help book I didn't know I needed (but ended up really needing)!
If you are a fan of Sarah then this is a must-read. Her comedy and personality transfer well over to paper and her words of wisdom (based on her own experiences) are relatable and helpful.

It is absolutely brilliant I read it in one night. Very upbeat as she is. I could hear her voice whilst reading it.
What a gorgeous book! Funny, charming and like a big hug (and Sarah‘s good at those, she says!). She is a funny lady and very honest, she doesn‘t sugar coat her stories! This was like a good chat over a cuppa and it ends with what sounds like a great banana bread recipe, what‘s not to like?
Super excited to read this as Sarah Millican cracks me up!! Also my grandad always used to say he was feeling champion, so it gives me a little smile to think about him.
#currentread among many other #currentreads #riotgrams
This was the perfect book to read whilst digesting all the Christmas and New Year food. An autobiography with a self-help twist Sarah Millican offers her views on education, careers and relationships. Her chapters on friendship and family were particularly lovely!
And with an hour and a half to spare Sarah Millican has become my 64th and final read of 2017. Going to enjoy the rest of the night now by going to sleep probably...😂
New Years Eve plans. Seeing it in with Sarah. Less than 100 pages to go 😊
This book is literally one of the most inspirational books I have ever read. When going through a break up this will cheer you up and give you some great survival pointers. I read it in a day.
I've always loved Sarah Millican for starting #joinin on Twitter, and I'm happy to see @4thhouseontheleft bring that kind spirit to Litsy. Even if it's your choice to sit out the holiday, it can be good to know you have someone to keep you company on Christmas day.
Sarah Millican, Charlie Weasley and Gollum are on The One Show!
When you take the dust jacket off to look at the spine...😂
I do love this woman!
I may have read the opening page. Now all other books are going to be ignored. I need Sarah's wisdom right now.
Oops. Finger(s) slipped...😬 Waterstones always seem to time their emails for when it's quiet and I'm in bed so I have time to scroll through them. Couldn't pass up a signed edition from my favourite comedienne!
Sarah is one of my patroni. I adore her and cannot wait to dig into this.
This is as warm, funny and honest as you'd expect from Sarah Millican, and surprisingly touching. Heartwarming and lovely.
Three new books picked up from the Library yesterday. I cannot wait to read them!
How To Be A Champion - I saw Sarah do a talk about this book and she read a few passages out and so I know I am going to enjoy reading this one. It sounds like it could be both funny and helpful which is great!
Moxie - Feminism, strong girls, kickass reviews - need I say more?!?!
Practical Magic - I have never read it! So when I saw it, I knew I must rectify that!
Just listened to the bit where she talks about working in WH Smith and they used to play #YouOughtaKnow in the music department, watch customers' bemused reaction to the line "would she go down on you in a theatre?", then sprint across the shop to turn it off before the "are you thinking of me when you fuck her?" line. Loving it so far.

Much needed easy read.
