Wow I listened to 10 audiobooks this month! Of these I only had two I struggled through. Problim Children was so weird and zany I couldn‘t quite get into it. Denis Ever After was so depressing and had the worst resolution ever. Beyond that Ghost Boys made me cry but I hated the ending. My faves include Ice Wolves and Grump.
pickI really enjoyed this book. I enjoyed Anders's journey to save his sister. It had an interesting premise and great characters. Definitely recommend it if you're a fan of middle grade fantasy.

Got up to nurse the baby at 5:30 and had a horrible migraine... it‘s a little better after laying back down for a couple hours (thank god for a sleepy newborn and summer daycare for the toddler!) so I‘m going to try starting this. Not sure how far I‘ll get before I‘m off to the summer job at Jo-Ann Fabrics

I utterly loved this book, easily a new favourite. Amie Kaufman's writing was fabulous, and I love how she wrote the whole dragon and wolf transformation! Such a fun read and cannot wait for book 2 😁 #bookblogger #amiekaufman #icewolves #middlegrade #nature #bibliophile
Loving this so far 😍😍🖤🖤 Amie Kaufman is hands down, a new favourite. I mean I loved her writing in Illuminae and Gemina and Obsidio is epic but this book is fantastic, and its great seeing her writing shine through 😍
so-soICE WOLVES is Amie Kaufman's first solo novel. It's a middle-grade fantasy about a pair of orphaned twins who find themselves in opposite camps of shapeshifters. Although I found it entertaining enough, it wasn't particularly memorable.
