pickI can not say enough good things about this book; I loved it in its entirety & my only regret was that I couldn‘t find more free time to read it faster.The characters became like people I‘ve known forever.I was emotionally invested in their lives & outcomes & ran a full gamut of emotions, got completely lost in their world.I had to keep reading, to know more.I still need to know more. Please tell me it won‘t be too long a wait for the next one?!

So hard picking a new book from my tbr after I finish one ... but I‘ve decided that I‘m going to try to start The Fifth to Die tomorrow and adopt this cat‘s attitude. We‘ll see how that goes over.

The killer is a master manipulator and the story is filled many twists and turns. An excellent thriller!
So, I subscribed to Audible when they had the first 3 months for $5 a month deal and I got The Fourth Monkey with my first credit. Got an email today saying I had an extra credit for this month so I got The Fifth to Die. I'm loving The Fourth Monkey so of course I had to get the second book. 😂 I can't believe it's 15+ hours though. That's my longest audiobook. 😱

pick4.5 stars rounded up to 5! This book was so good!!! You need to read The Fourth Monkey before reading this one, though. The Fifth to Die was fast-paced, chilling, and gruesome. The cliff hanger ending is so frustrating but also makes me want to read the next book. I loved the characters and the complex story line. Thank you Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for the free review copy!
