I‘ve had too many birthdays to count so I‘m thrilled to spend this one handing my house and yard (because I have no dogs) over to my corporate event planning DIL to celebrate Canon‘s first birthday. Griffin‘s dad made him a ‘griffmobile‘ for his 1st birthday 32 years ago so the pressure was on for a ‘Canomobile‘! I purchased a standard Little Tikes car and Griffin followed Pinterest instructions for the Little Blue makeover - when mom is a party planner! Their Photo Booth was great too - when dad is a DP, director of photography! 9mo

slategreyskies When my boys were little, we had two shelves of board books. Once they outgrew them, I gave them to my mom so she‘d always have board books for the grandkids. Even though I know we‘ll never use them again, sometimes I still miss those books and the memories we made back then. 3y

One of the best children‘s book I‘ve come across recently. My toddler class loves this book. It is repetitive, and has animal sounds. It is so easy to change your voice to each part of the story, too. What else is there to love? #childrensliterature

We love to read this tale of friendship to our little guy - it is perfect for a young toddler. We particularly enjoy it because it has lots of animals and that is about the only way he will look through a book.

The book, The Little Blue Truck, brings my daughter such Joy, it makes my heart explode! I LOVE that she has her favorites and loves to hear me read them over & over again. Her favorite animal sound that I make is “neigh neigh” for a horse. She goes hysterical when I say it. 💖💖💖👌🏻😍 She‘s going to be 5 months old on Saturday! Where did the time go?!
