I haven‘t posted in awhile but I‘m hoping to go back and post the books I‘ve read recently as a way to keep them logged for myself. When I‘m not reading for myself, I am reading books all day & night long to my daughter who is now 17 months old! This is one of our favorite series! I easily became addicted and have started collecting them! So cute and fun!
Book mail came today 🤩🎉 and I can happily report that I finished both of my BOTM Feb books just in time to start 1 of my 3 March selects! Here goes...👩🏻🎤🍺🎸
I‘m on a road trip and am loving the audiobook version! Aw, they are so hilarious & so in love, it‘s inspiring! 💕 I‘ve been a big fan of them both from each of their tv shows and love how happy they are!

My little pumpkin is 10 months old! We have been reading all the Halloween/pumpkin books for the last few weeks! I love experiencing the holidays through her eyes! Also love reading & buying all the holiday books! :-)
I enjoyed her Winter Street series so I‘m interested in starting this next one. I need a light quick read to switch things up!

I‘ve been away on vacation out in Portland & Seattle and surrounding areas for the past 9 days! I picked these up for my little one when visiting Powell‘s Books! Eeeeeee!!! My favorite bookstore! 💖
Is anyone else bothered that our Book of the Month books don‘t have the fancy book cover jackets like you see in the stores?!?! 🙉🙊 I noticed yesterday that ‘The Book of Essie‘ book in stores has a glittery title, and ‘Circe‘ is all shiny with a raised texture! Maybe I‘m being whiny lolol but I want the pretty covers too! I feel like 2 years ago before BOTM started adding their own label on them, we got the same book jackets. Am I right?
Finished reading this book on the beach tonight! I love living the beach life! We said goodbye to D.C. city life and moved to the beach in Delaware! I hope to read many more books sitting here! Starting The Summer Wives next!

I finished Small Country last night and started this one right after it! Perfect pairing! I highly recommend reading these two back 2 back!

The book, The Little Blue Truck, brings my daughter such Joy, it makes my heart explode! I LOVE that she has her favorites and loves to hear me read them over & over again. Her favorite animal sound that I make is “neigh neigh” for a horse. She goes hysterical when I say it. 💖💖💖👌🏻😍 She‘s going to be 5 months old on Saturday! Where did the time go?!

Stayed up until 1:30 a.m. finishing my last read so I could FINALLY start this one this morning while I commute into work! I am also listening to it on audiobook while I read along! It‘s nice to hear how the names are pronounced! Going to totally indulge and not rush this one!
I never in a million years thought that I would enjoy and look forward to playing Dungeons & Dragons! However, my two co-workers and their spouses have convinced us to play and it sure has made game nights so fun for me and my wife! I finally thought it necessary for us to have our own players handbook and it arrived in the mail today! Does anybody else play? #nerdsunite
I was 1 hour into the audio book and had to borrow the actual book so I could understand what was going on. My mind bounces around too much when I‘m listening to an audiobook. Gotta get better at staying focused! ;) And I‘m glad to be reading this and checking it off my list!

It‘s after 11pm, but I‘m going to start this one so I don‘t end my Saturday night with the bad taste of the terrible book I finished a few moments ago. (The Hazel Wood) Ugh. It started out great then got worse and worse. Anyhoo, I have heard great things about this one and am excited Reece is turning it into a limited series!
Hoping to finish this one tonight! It‘s been a quick and interesting read! It reminds me of my former co-worker‘s daughter that went to NYU film school instead of being a lawyer or doctor like her other children. It worked for her and she now also has a children‘s book coming out! I love reading about different cultures and perspectives!
