Good morning! Beautiful day- in low 60‘s, blue skies, bird chorus, gentle breeze.
This particular Jane Austen feels like it is taking a long time… but I feel I am getting to know her niece & brother Edward. #BeingAJaneAustenMystery

During Covid, we chose some of these tales for students(seniors) to work with. Short videos from the internet increased their understanding.
Reading this has brought those memories back, of teaching as best we could on-line.
#JaneAndTheExcellentReadalong is off to Canterbury with Jane and the Canterbury Tale. Counting down to October 24th release of Stephanie Barron's Jane and the Final Mystery.
Will be reading in very different weather than #JaneandtheYear2020 Readalong. 🥵

I don‘t know that “Fadge” is a weird word but it‘s new to me so pressed my kindle to bring up the definition. I do not think Edward is talking about potato bread here. 😂

Dinner tonight- bummed I left the tagged book at PT- it‘s 2 towns over so I won‘t retrieve it until July. Now not sure what I will read tonight- or maybe I will skip reading! Right now I am also rereading A Beautiful Mystery (Penny) but it is so so slow to me to get into much…
“ Dr. Bredloe [Coroner] … devoted his energies to the determination of Manners of Death, and the inveighing against Misadventure, Malice Aforethought, and Person or Persons Unknown.”
I love coming upon simple connections between books. 💜📚
Yesterday's Snow Day. I read few in this series previously. Really enjoyed reading series in order. Original plan was to finish by end of the year but I got behind last month because of #GoodreadsChoice reads. That's okay because now I can read Jane & the 12 Days of Christmas along 12 days timeline. Leaving No.13 for 2021. Plus author tagged me on Instagram a few days ago to say that her editor has Jane 14! ❄🔥🫖🧦📖
