TheSpineView Same kind of day for me, busy and productive. Came home tired but feeling like I got a lot accomplished. I was so tired I took an hour nap and now feel refreshed. On to reading for a bit. 3y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Sorry you had a bad day. I had lots to do but it was quiet so I got some good progress on an audiobook. I need to pop into the grocery store on my way home, but I'm leaving work a bit early & the weather's good so I don't mind much. 4y

CocoReads Still at work. 20 minutes to go. My hubs informed me via text that our oven stopped working. He claims the stove tops fine but I kinda don‘t trust any of it. Guess we‘ll be stove shopping this weekend. 😬😡 4y

Andrew65 @Crazeedi Thanks needed that as a parent had a right go at me (totally unjustified) just to deflect from pressures on her. Put me in a downward spiral all day. You‘d think by now I‘d be tougher having done the job for 18 1/2 years! A day like that makes you think about retiring! 4y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I work at an economy hotel and some of the guests are just awful the way they treat staff. I'm fortunate that in sales I rarely encounter them personally, but it's still draining hearing about it and seeing how the staff feels when it happens. A bit weekend ahead but I am hoping for some rain soon. It's dry and wildfires broke out in southern New Jersey 😫 4y

CocoReads Cloudy a@d a bit chilly but still nice enough to open our windows. I‘ve read, did a few light chore and taken a nap. I‘m really not ready to go back to work on Monday. Lol 4y

TheSpineView Still no gas here so I didn't get to the barn today. 😕 Instead I cleaned house in the AM and I am getting some reading in now. 4y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I was up early to prep for the day. We're having a party for my niece's 1st Birthday (and her mom's enjoying it too since they're birthdays are just a few days apart.) It's good to finally see a few of the cousins we haven't seen since 2019. The weather is overcast but nice and we've got a DJ pumping some dance-y tunes. I can't complain. Have a great Saturday everyone! 🤗 4y

How was Monday? Very busy day. Two governors meetings amongst everything else and training tonight. Now got our Road Map for school for coming out of COvID, just need rates to stay low!

CocoReads Busy day at work then I had to get groceries. Ugh-the most hated task. They had one lane open and tons of people. 4y

TheSpineView Busy day here too. On top of everything going on there is currently a gas shortage here on the east coast. This could have all been avoided if the pipeline computer system was not on the internet. I also want to know when the last time they backed up the system. It should be done daily. 😡😡😡 4y

kezzlou85 Daughter found our her options choices for GCSE, she can't do French so History instead. She's okay about it. Got my second covid jab tomorrow so made sure to get bits done in case I feel rough. 4y
