So, I have well over 300 cookbooks & it‘s hard to pick a favorite to tecommend for today‘s #FridayNightShare. The lagged book is definitely in my Top 5 cookbooks I own & sits on my bedside table as I pick it up & read it as well as cook from it. If you like giant (544 pages) books that are as much about the writing as the recipes, you‘ll love it too.🤍 British Chef, Nigel Slater chronicles a year in his kitchen ⬇️
