#MentalHealthMonday

1. Not the greatest. Work is pretty tough right now & the state of the world doesn‘t help.😵‍💫

2. Feeling very Monday-ish & didn‘t sleep well last night but I am eating a Cara Cara orange as citrus is a mood & energy booster. 🍊🧡

3. Just trying to get more/enough sleep & take care of myself through food & hydration. Reading of course & I plan to get outside for some sun & walks & keep eating all the oranges! 🧡☀️💧🍴📚🤗

bookandbedandtea Yay for oranges and sunshine 🍊🌞 3w
Kerrbearlib I love Cara Cara oranges! I hope you are able to get more sleep this week and that things at work improve. I didn‘t sleep well last night either. I‘ve been using the Rise app to measure my sleep debt & the debt number is getting pretty high, ugh! I hope you get to enjoy those sunny walks - walking always makes me feel better! (edited) 3w

I used to teach wellness workshops at Whole Foods & other places & one of the most popular was Good Mood Foods with recipes full of ingredients to help improve moods. Dark chocolate, avocado, salmon & berries are a few of my favorite picks when I want to #SwingTheMood & this book is a good resource for eating to improve your health & mood.💙

Mahalo to @Cinfhen & @squirrelbrain for the fun month of musical prompts! 😘

Tamra Mmmmmm chickpeas, one of my favorites! Tonight I had a salad of chickpeas & arugula & goat cheese with a very lemony Caesar. That made me happy! 😁 I‘ll check out the book. 5y
