My first Coben and wow that was a page turner!! #readyourkindle @CBee
I haven‘t read a book by Harlan Coben in a long time. I raced through this fast-paced thriller and remembered what I loved and what I didn‘t love about Coben‘s books. This story is a superb example of plot and suspense. Even though the plot is far-fetched, it is compelling. This is not a book for character development, grand themes, or exquisite language. It is sheer escapist entertainment, and it is excellent in that that regard.
I am serving the fifth year of a life sentence for murdering my own child.

That was a ride!! A man is convicted of killing his three year old son. 5 years later, his ex- sister-in-law shows up at the prison and shows him a picture. The picture looks like his son, Matthew would at age 8. This sets off a thrilling read that doesn't stop. ⬇️
😊 Happy Reading 😊

Great lakeside page-turner. David breaks out of prison when he learns the son he was wrongly convicted of murdering might still be alive. Thought I saw the twist coming, but I was wrong, which I enjoyed. 4.5 stars. #thriller #pageturner
This one is good so far! David goes to prison for murdering his son, but someone comes to visit him in prison to tell him that his son might actually be alive.
Sometimes you just want a 1-2 day mindless read and Harlan Coben books are perfect for that. A rather far-fetched story about a man breaking out of prison to find his son who was supposedly murdered by him. But it kept me reading, one crazy chapter after another.
Although not the usual Corben thriller, this tale of betrayal and skewed truths has solid pacing and the characters are almost gentle. David Burroughs is in prison, convicted of murdering his young son. A surprise visit from his sister-in-law reveals that the boy is alive and living with a wealthy family from their past. Staying one step ahead of the FBI, they rush to find the boy before it is too late. A quick read, and worth the time!
Holiday in Death was my favorite read in April but Harlan has my heart. I Will Find You moves on 💙🤓

That moment when you feel sorry for yourself and wonder if there‘s anything good in the world, and then you think of the next books you‘re about to read (and then you no longer wonder why you wonder if there‘s anything good in the world since you read about murders) 🤣🤷🏼❤️
This was an excellent stand-alone by Coben! It was fun to see characters featured in other books of his. This was intense with the authorities on the tail of David as he escapes prison & navigates his way to find his son. 4.5 stars. I rounded down to 4 on Goodreads bc I figured out a major twist earlier on but this one is full of suspense and twists. Highly recommend!

Completely implausible, completely unputdownable!!!
I LOVED this one - a father accused of murdering his 3 yr old son only to discover the boy is still alive, despite his dead body. Coben is a master of writing thrilling thrillers🫶🏼Excellent audio narration ♥️
This book was so good and it was a thrill ride!! I definitely need to read more books by Harlan Coben! Once I started I couldn‘t put it down!
My favorite read of March is one of the three Harlan Coben books I read in the month.
Last week‘s favorite read was the latest from Harlan Coben. I love Steven Weber narrating these audiobooks.
My weekend read. I've never read Harlan Coben, but the description has me very intrigued.
Not surprised I finished this in one sitting. Coben can do that. I loved this book. I listened to the audiobook & Steven Webber did a fantastic job once again. The characters, the writing and, of course, the twists!

My latest #Bookopoly roll. Coben is a must read author for me. Looking forward to this one.
I think we should have a competition- read 2 chapters of a Coben book and then write the most implausible plot with twists and turns and see if you could ever mirror what Coben actually does.
Having said that, you can never look away and it‘s entertaining.
SO excited to be starting this new release by one of my favorite authors! 💗 📖
I Will Find You is full of suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I read the entire book in one sitting.

I'm currently reading 𝐈 𝗪𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮 by 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐧, who is one of my all-time favorite authors. I don't even bother reading the synopses of his books . . . I just dive in because he never fails to deliver a fast-paced, intricately-plotted, always surprising thriller.

Four new eARCs. Even if it didn‘t have the earliest release date, I‘d still be starting with I Will Find You.
Love his books and this one‘s a great thriller about a guy in prison who is accused of killing his young son but must break out to prove it. Lots of head-spinning scenes! And here he is in 2007 at the L.A. Times Festival of Books where my friend and I met him (along with Jesse Kellerman) and he was so gracious and friendly!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
OMG!!! Can‘t wait! 😆 so excited I‘m bursting!!!!! Bring it in 2023!!!!!!
