Have you taken down your Christmas decorations yet? Me neither. I'm also not yet over my disappointment in the movie Apocalypto, since it spent too little time recreating vibrant mesoamerican cultures and the anachronism at the end still kinda gets me going. Which brings me to the tagged, which was everything I wanted Apocalypto to be and more. Also even more strange... Was not expecting the T Rex song 😂
September is an easy choice for favorite book, although I did love The London Seance Society & learned a lot from Sitting Pretty. #12booksof2024 @Andrew65
Two 5⭐️ books for me in September ‘24…and three others very close.
I give the edge to the tagged book because of its heartwarming, feel good, sweet factor. ❤️
But the Bailey book was an excellent addition to the Lady Fan historical mystery series. 👍🏻

The Last Hope- series finale. #serieslove2024
I am sad this series ended,but the author did a wonderful job tying everything up- and I got to learn about Coco Chanel & her liaison with a German diplomat/spy-Churchill intervened so she was not charged as a collaborator.

Two men disappear from inside a locked gatehouse years apart never to be seen or heard from again. Part of the 'Rachel Savernake' series this is a great mystery.
