members of household.

I have gotten totally sucked back into this series and this one in particular is especially good. 5⭐️

A slow moving mystery. Some of the characters were a bit quirky. Very not earth-shattering story. I will read the second in the series to see how the novels are tied together. 4/5

Gemma Doyle finds what has the potential to be a valuable historical document hidden in her shop. When she tries to return it to the. woman she is convinced left it, she discovers her dead body. As she tries to solve the mystery, it seems to put a kibash on her relationship with the local detective. 3.5-4⭐️

I‘ve been aware of Australian novelist Toni Jordan since she came to a Perth writers festival many years ago, but have only now read one of her books.
Think I can once again blame @Rissreadswithcats for seeing this second hand copy and telling me I should buy it 😄. I enjoyed it. I was able to suspend judgement about some of the unlikely plot points and roll with it. More great #ozfiction, this time set in 1980s Brisbane.

CarolynM I liked it a lot and this one too 2w

Lady Georgiana's godfather gives her Eynsleigh estate as a wedding gift, but when she arrives she realizes it's quite a bit different than she remembers from when she lived there as a child. She misses the staff members who worked there then, becomes suspicious of the new staff, and decides to do some detective work with the help of her mom, her grandfather, Queenie, and Darcy.

The Diva Cooks a Goose | Krista Davis

This book is my favorite so far in The Diva series. It's #4. Davis decided to put the murderer right out there. Of course, I didn't realize this genuis of hers until the book was almost over. I just never thought she'd do that, and I applaud her for it.

It's Christmas, and Sophie's brother's sister-in-law is framed for murder. Of course, you know Sophie is going to help if she can. I honestly kept thinking it was one of two people.
