Megabooks 💯💯 just not feeling it at this particular moment either. I‘m reading my first on kindle in months right now. 3y

TrishB I prefer print but I just love all my bargains and most of the series I read are on kindle now as I have very limited physical space left in the house! 3y

TheAromaofBooks I have trouble reading “serious“ books on my Kindle for some reason - any nonfiction or a book where I want to flip back to a map or glossary or anything along those lines just doesn't work for me. I do love my Kindle for traveling & there are times in my life where I spend a lot of time sitting about in waiting rooms & it's great for those kinds of days as well... but for my everyday reading, I still have a “real“ book preference!! 3y

TheAromaofBooks @Kristin_Reads - You've come to the right place as I actually host the #BookSpin challenge!! The basic concept is that you choose 20 books you've been meaning to read & put them on a numbered list. On the 2nd of every month I draw 2 numbers & everyone tries to read those books from their lists - so everyone is reading different books but the same numbers, if that makes sense!! Those 2 are BookSpin & DoubleSpin. Some participants decided that ⬇ 3y

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) they wanted to read more than just 2 books from their lists each month so I added the Bingo part - every month I also draw out ALL the numbers into a randomized bingo board & people try to score a bingo by reading the matching numbers. (For instance, this month the bottom row is numbers 13, 20, 9, 15, & 14, so if you read those books from your list, you score a bingo!) I made a master post with more details ⬇ 3y

I loved the Weekly Reader when I was in elementary school, hence the tag. Severance: A Novel | Ling Ma

I enjoyed Ling Ma‘s writing, her New York, her main character Candace. Shen Fever is spreading fast, everybody leaves the city or dies, but Candace stays as long as she can, because she lacks other options. When she finally leaves, there is that other storyline, which I thought was less good. It reminded me of many other dystopian novels. However, I am interested in what Ling Ma will write next.
