Super cute book. Little stories about kitties and their effect on people's mental health :) I loved it! -- This was a very thoughtful book present from my hubby. I was kinda surprised I got a random book present the other day.

My husband surprised me with a book gift :) 🎁 so… naturally I‘ll start this one now :) since it‘s gonna sit on my shelf afterwards I‘m counting it as my #DoubleSpin #ReadYourShelves pick :) @TheAromaofBooks
These are my reading goals for September. I want to try and read mostly from my shelves until the end of the year. And catch up on books that have their sequels coming soon. #readinggoals #readyourshelves #readyourtbr
This was a really fun “locked room” mystery. A group of college aged kids in a Mystery Writers Club go to spend the week on an island that was the scene of a gristly multiple homicide. #readyourkindle #readyourshelves
Some of my goals for September. Last month, I finished 5 of 7 with the rest being library and mood reads. I am slowly working my way through my bookshelves. #Serieslove2023 #Readyourtbr #readyourshelves #Septembertbr
A few of my reading goals for May.

I wanted to love this more than I did. I think the biggest problems with this book revolve around the characters. Violet is completely unlikeable and the romance with her and Cyrus seems like it was an extra addition that wasn't completely fleshed out. The use of fairy tales was clever and I am curious to see where it goes so not a complete disappointment. #pop23 #readyourtbr #readyourshelves
I loved everything about this book. Such a great, immersive fairy tale, with amazing characters. I absolutely love the hardback of it as well. I can't wait for the next one! #Readyourtbr #readyourshelves
Ever since deciding to try and read only off my own shelves I've read a lot of Poirot and Marple and I was surprised to find that I enjoy Miss Marple more. I'm not normally one for short story collections but I enjoyed all of these. I liked the little hidden nods to the originals and they were all well executed without straying far from Christie's methods. The standouts were McManus and Bardugo for me.
