pickI read this book for a Readathon I was participating and it was an opportunity to read an old book in my tbr. That means I was in the summer mood and found it okay. However, this is a quite typical mermaid story with a YA cheesy romance with a not so easy male protagonist. I found Galen likes to control others, what happen with these male characters? But I liked the world and plot in general. There were sad parts 2.9/3⭐️

However I'm still struggling to read #TheNovelsoftheGreatLibrary. Which is a look into a world where the #LibraryofAlexandria ruled, an interestingly premise. But bland.

pickI finished listening to this last night and ended up loving the story. It was action packed the entire time, although the ending did feel a bit rushed. John Flanagan's Rangers Apprentice series is absurdly popular in my library, so I'll be recommending this to all those kids. #middlegrademarch #book3 @megnews @sblbooks
pickThis was an interesting story, wow this author knows how to ensure her readers have no idea who the real killer is. Also I loved the ending in the epilogue that has made it seem as if this story will continue.
