So yeah, I have A LOT of cookbooks and I have most of the Moosewood cookbooks in my collection so I guess you could say I like to get #DownInTheWoods (or rather down in the Moosewoods) in my kitchen.😆These cookbooks, the classics & the newer books, have taught me a lot about meat-free, vegetarian cooking over the years.🥄📚💚😋

No book as such for #ayupaugust this time, as although I was not #downinthewoods, I did see this little guy after sending @squirrelbrain 's parcel! @Cinfhen
Strayed goes #DownInTheWoods of the Pacific Crest Trail to find herself. For me, this was such a good read...it was gut wrenching, it was soul searching, and yet it was filled with hope. This isn‘t my usual type of book, but I appreciated her honesty and her bravery to do this and to stick with this. #ayupaugust
There was something very peaceful and magical in the hundred-acre woods. It‘s a place for discovery, where Pooh and his friends, and Christopher Robin explore and discuss life. Most important of all, #downinthewoods were the place where friendship ‘happened‘. 🌳 🌲

Daddy builds a house in #DownInTheWoods where he lives with his children Cathy and Daniel. This 2017 Booker shortlisted novel was a pleasant surprise to me, very readable, though the subject matter can be harsh.
