I‘ve had this book and the vegetarian companion for many years. Highly recommend because the recipes are easy & straightforward.

Nancies‘s recipe taught me how to make Tom Yum with homemade roasted chili paste. I used to make it religiously every Friday night. Alas, though not as tasty, I‘ve discovered the ease of commercial Tom Yum pastes.

I have a request for fried rice tonight. 😋

This is one of those books you travel through! Gorgeous pics and mouthwatering recipes. It must be 7th heaven to be able to eat Thai street food at the drop of a hat.

You really need to have ready access to Asian markets for the ingredients in this book. This isn‘t Thai food for American supermarkets - it‘s the real deal. The pic of this list of ingredients explains the popular appeal of restaurant patronage and ready made pastes. 😉

Lucy_Anywhere This is one of the best things about living here in Bangkok - the food is amazing and you can get delicious meals for as little as 50 baht from the street food stalls that are set up everywhere! Although there are times when I really crave western food - finding a decent roast dinner can be a challenge at times! 3y

Here is a stack of vegetarian cookbooks @ForeverNerdy 👋🏾. You could probably find all these on BWB for a bargain. A lot of people love the Moosewood cookbooks and had I known you last spring I would have sent you my collection! 😭 The Pho Book I posted yesterday would be great for you since it centers on rice noodles.
