Dug deep in the TBR stack for tonight‘s reading. I honestly don‘t remember how long this one has been sitting on my shelves but it‘s a really long time. 😬

A fun DND adventure with has been heroes who reunite for one last job… count me it. This was a great ride with a lot of comedy, heart, and friendship that kept me interested the entire time. Definitely recommend to anyone who‘s into dnd and wants a books with the same vibes
Rock and Roll meets epic fantasy. What more could you ask for? Kings of the Wyld is a lot. There‘s a lot of humor. A lot of action. And a lot of fantastical monsters. It felt like it was written by a music obsessed D&D player and I mean that in the best way possible. I had a lot of fun reading this it was the palette cleanser I needed after finish Wind and Truth.

Happy Valentine‘s Day!
I‘m reading Kings of the Wyld today. It doesn‘t exactly fit the Valentine‘s Day vibe but it‘s fun nonetheless.
What are you reading today? And do you have any big plans? We‘re probably just going to hang around the house. I have a two month old and I‘m just getting over bronchitis so I don‘t exactly feel like celebrating. There‘s always next year. 😂😂😂
This is not a bad book, it‘s just the humor is not clicking for me. It doesn‘t help that I have been reading Dungeon Crawler Carl which is infinitely funnier. So #hailthebail
A book off my #roll100 off the #tbr
This was so freaking good. It is basically a book version of a D&D campaign, so I couldn't resist making the themed photo. It is both hilarious, and heartbreaking. And of course action packed as expected. When I thought I knew what might happen next, I was proved wrong. Clearly the author has played the game. You don't need to be a player to enjoy this, but it doesn't hurt. I highly recommend this one and will definitely read this author again.
So far this is a fun read. I got this outdoor table at a discount due to the rub mark. I'm thinking about distressing it even more and adding handles in the back to make it a shield. Maybe even painting a sigil on it. Just for fun. It would be very D&D fashion.
Picked this book up because it was the December pick for #swordandlaserpodcast. I had never heard of this book before. It was pretty good. A retired group of guys get back together to save their band mates daughter. There is a lot of action, fighting and exploring and traveling to different parts of this world. Overall, I enjoyed this book.
Here's hoping I finish this one tonight. It has been a quick read (when I actually pick it up) but I just haven't felt like reading lately. I have been fighting off the round of sickness...oh the joys of working in a school. Break can't come soon enough because my body needs a break so I can finally kick this!!
