This was my favorite book I have read. It is such an interesting story and kept me engaged the entire time.
“Would you rather live one perfect day over and over or live your life with no perfect days but just decent ones?” - Jenny Han
Starting this trilogy because I‘ve been OBSESSED with the tv series the last couple of weeks and you KNOW the book is always better ;)
Diving in now! Have you read it or watched the series? What did you think?
"Would you rather live one perfect day over and over or live your life with no perfect days but just decent ones?"

I feel like the author was ~this close~ to learning about ableist language too...
Reading this in advance of watching the TV adaptation.
On my hook : a bamboo-cotton lace-top tee for next summer.
I very much enjoyed Jenny Han's To All The Boys I Loved Before trilogy so why haven't I read her Summer trilogy that I own? Maybe because it's all three in one gigantic book!
Maybe 2023 will be its year.
Day 2 "Summer"

Belly‘s been living the same summer over and over again all her life, but she can tell this one will be different for her. Belly, her mother Laurel and her older brother Steven travel to Cousins Beach every summer to stay with Belly‘s long time crush, Conrad, and his brother Jeremiah and their mother Susannah. Belly is determined to make this summer the best one yet. Despite her long time love for Conrad, Belly meets a new boy, Cameron, but this
I‘m doing the #taylorswiftreadathon over on Instagram for this month. This is also my #bookspin list. I‘m leaving the other spaces as free spaces marked with audio or NetGalley reads since I‘m also doing #nanowrimo this month. #swiftie 😄📚📖

This novel talks about a teenage girl and her family travelling up to cousins beach every summer to visit her and her brothers mom‘s best friend. Susannah had two boys Conrad and Jeremiah. Belly and Jeremiah are closer in age so they are closer friends and Steven and Conrad are closer in age and closer friends however Conrad prefers to be alone. Even though I haven‘t quite finished this novel I feel like it‘s is one of the few books I will finish
A fun read I was talked into trying out. Definitely more for the younger reader but as a 22 y/o I still enjoyed this. I feel like this trilogy is a girls right of passage :)
Really loved it. This author is amazing. I loved both trilogies about the same, for their own reasons.
I haven't read these yet but they seem to fit #TheBoysofSummer prompt. I loved To All the Boys I've Loved Before so I should probably give these a try sometime. #SongsofSummer
It‘s so weird that you can grow up with someone, and over time your feelings for them can completely change even though the person them selves basically stay the same.
“Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August”
When I really needed a pick me up, this came! The shade of purple is ok but I love the shirt. I think the pin board is super unique even though I pin all mine in my car. Speaking of pins the crystal ball pin for the Raven Boys is gorgeous! And all the crystal stickers reflect rainbow light in the windows!

This series is my go to summer read. It‘s a cute coming of age story about a girl and first love. One of my all time favorite reads and it‘s a perfect beach read!
This was an easy read. It‘s meant for high school aged girls but if you‘re looking for something fluffy with some surprising depth, it‘s a good choice. This is a trilogy and all three books are well thought out and written.
A young girl and her brother and mother go to the lake house of her mother‘s friend, the same as every other summer. She has had a long standing crush on the older son for years, but this summer, things are going to change.
Read The Summer I Turned Pretty series a couple of years ago after adoring the TATBILB series, but was hugely disappointed. Today I decided to give them away to a friend who I think will appreciate them more, but first skimmed through the pages and saw this quote I had underlined - still love it. Bonds made with childhood friends are forever. They know you in a way no one else ever will. They know your history.
"Sometimes it's like people are a million times more beautiful to you in your mind. It's like you see them through a special lens - but maybe if it's how you see them, it's how they really are."

I really enjoyed this series. So much that I read it in only three days! I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a book to read to get them out of a reading slump. However, I sort of felt like the last two books were redundant - they were extremely predictable and didn't do much for me. I think it would have been much better as a standalone, rather than a series. Happy reading!
This book shook me. I loved the character development, and all the romance that went along with it. I would recommend this book to anyone who just likes a simple romance book. One of my all time favorite books, I definitely couldn't put it down. I also got my first tattoo inspired by this book, but I won't say what it is because I don't want to spoil it. ;)
#bookhaul from yesterday! The bottom one from #barnesandnoble, with my member discount and another 20% off coupon, the tagged book from Target (I LOVE getting an omnibus edition -I feel like I'm getting more for my money and it saves shelf space!). The fantasy novel I just found a really great deal on Amazon! 😍😍😄😄
Top favorite summer reads! This love triangle plot revolves around Belly a teenaged girl who has fallen for her best friend, hoping to capture his heart while staying at his summer house. This was unpredictable and kept me satisfied, unlike The Darkest Minds. If you love romance fiction this is definitely is one for a summer checklist!
Found this today while at Sam's Club. I was kind of surprised that it only cost like eight dollars for it but I was happy with the purchase!
That old pull, the tide drawing me back in. I kept getting caught in this current--first love, I mean. First love kept making me come back to this, to him. He still took my breath away, just being near him. I had been lying to myself the night before, thinking I was free, thinking I had let him go.
