I was scrolling Tik Tok a few minutes ago instead of reading and saw the sad news that Bob McGrath has died.
We‘ve lost Luis & Bob in one year. It‘s sad to see these faces from our childhood go away, isn‘t it?

Sad to hear this news, as I‘m sure many of you are. I grew up watching Sesame Street. I learned to count to ten in Spanish from Maria. Snuffy was my friend, too. I related to Oscar and Big Bird was my favorite.
Some of the first books I read must have been The Sesame Street Library. Anyone else remember “The Case of the Mud Puddle Monster?”
Thanks for raising your hand for so many years, Caroll. You can rest now.
The place we had lunch today used books as tea trays!
I'm cataloging these cute 80's Sesame Street books for the shop, and I love the endpapers!!! 😍 Does anyone have a favorite Sesame Street character from when they were little? I think mine would have to be Grover!
1) Sesame Street, since little one woke up from her nap. Was watching 13 Reasons Why while working on something
2) I can't remember when I signed up, but I've been way more active since September or October last year
3) Bodo's Bagels & the Gus Burger at a diner downtown
4) 5 but then we napped from around 5:45-6:45, if that long
5) A basket with pens, my glasses, meds, etc. Some books. A drink.

Happy #bookloversday Littens!
What book(s) changed your life?
For me, there have been many. But the first was a story in a Sesame Street collection. The moral was that every job in a society is just as important as every other job. And everyone doing their job with integrity is due respect.
Share yours below - can't wait to see all the life-changing books we've read! ❤️📚

These count as picture books, right? I loved my Sesame Street library when I was little! I still remember that book 15 had a story called "The Case of the Mud Puddle Monster."
