I'm only 15 minutes in, but I have to say the soundtrack is giving me major hs flashbacks.

BekahB This one was a lot of fun. I‘m mad at my younger self for getting rid of my Fear Street collection. 😂 3y
vivastory @BekahB I'm really enjoying it so far! 3y
allureofbeauty The soundtrack is amazing. I actually really loved it. 3y

TravelsWithBooks Just watched and loved it! Major Scream vibes and even the score sounded like Scream. 3y
vivastory @allureofbeauty I just added the soundtrack to my Spotify library. Loved it. 3y
vivastory @TravelsWithBooks Completely agree! I can't wait for part 2. 3y
Oryx Yes, I loved the soundtrack 3y
BekahB @TravelsWithBooks HAA! That‘s exactly how I described it to my friend. Very Scream-like, especially compared to the TV show. 3y

So fun! I do want to say that I'm not scared of swarming insects but I am scared of stinging and biting insects because I'm allergic to them. Also I am terrified of driving over train tracks. It's the stupidest thing especially since I live in a town that has train tracks running through it. My husband likes to stop on the tracks when he's driving just to see me freak out. #jaroffears #scarathlon #teamslaughter @Clwojick

Clwojick I‘m also scared of getting stung. And I‘m actually terrified to drive at all. I‘m 28 and just got my beginners last month. 5y
InkedBookworm13 @Clwojick I didn't get my license until I was 23 so I know how you feel. 😁 5y

In more tv/movie news, apparently R L Stine's Fear Street books are being turned into a trilogy set in the 1990s!
Did anyone else read his books? Any favorite Fear Street plots? I preferred Goosebumps most but I definitely liked Fear Street (including some of his newer ones!)

I love RL Stine and I'm actually hosting the Goosebumps Challenge in October this year. But I have to say my most favorite would be the Scary Stories collection by Alvin Schwartz. Those illustrations are life scarring!

callielafleur Those illustrations are so beautifully haunting. Thanks for entering! ❤️ 6y
NicoleCeBallos I read RL Stine and the Scary Story books all the time when I was younger. I love them! 6y

ChelseaM6010 Completely agree with #3 and #4! 6y
JoScho @JenlovesJT47 they are not on my digital library. I wish they were. All of mine are still at my parent‘s house. My favorite was Prom Queen! 6y

JenlovesJT47 I don't know if I read Prom Queen but my favorite was always the cheerleader series. I had to buy the paperbacks a few years ago for nostalgia's sake. 😄 6y
Christine11 Totally agree with #3 - she is so unbelievably irritating 🙄! 6y
JoScho Yes the cheerleader ones were awesome @JenlovesJT47 I never buy books but I did recently buy Prom Queen used online because I need it 6y
JenlovesJT47 Hehe I hear ya! I always try to grab them if I see them in the used bookstore. 6y
laundry_piles Yesss me to on the Fear Street books! And Christopher Pike! 6y
JoScho @laundry_piles I am not sure I know Christopher Pike but I will surely check him out. 6y
laundry_piles @JoScho he's another YA horror author that I loved along with R.L Stine. He wrote books like Bury Me Deep The Last Vampire series. Oh and the Chain Letter series. Gosh... Just remembering these brings me back to my childhood! 6y
JoScho @laundry_piles oh yay! Thanks for sharing. I am on it! 6y
