Well I liked it. Just feel like some of the characters were kind of forced. It wasn‘t my favorite by any means.
Day 24 - #TeensForever #TropesInAugust
#TheProblemWithForever #JenniferLArmentrout
Looks like a very interesting YA novel.
It started out promising, but had lots of problems with forced, unnatural characters. Not my favorite of hers.
Not liking this for some reason. DNF‘D @ p48.
Such a cute story! JLA is an auto buy author for me so I didn't even know what this was going to about when I started it but I loved it!
I was much happier with the main character as soon as she reached her breakthrough and found her inner strength/voice. 🙌🏽👌🏽💜
“Forever was the glistening silver lining of every dark cloud, no matter how heavy and thick it was. Forever was knowing moments of weakness didn‘t equate to an eternity of them. Forever was knowing that I was strong.” #BoundByHallowsBookClub 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was nearly done with this audio book this morning so it was easy to finish. A fantastic story about finding yourself after years of being forced to hide and stay quiet. A lesson of love for yourself and others is mixed in with it. A great read.

I fear I‘m in a reading slump and of late. I keep reading books that have gotten pretty good reviews and find I‘m not getting what the hype is all about. Maybe it‘s because I haven‘t been feeling great lately. Maybe I would have always felt this way. At any rate, this book was sad and uplifting at the same time. The main conflict in the story occurred in the past. I think that‘s why I found the present to be pretty predictable, and a bit boring.
This book broke my heart into tiny pieces, stomped all over them then carefully pieced them back together with a purple glue stick and duct tape and set me off into the world. This story is about everything from friendship to abuse to redemption, recovery, loss, and first love. The author does a wonderful job covering these topics. Everything feels so real and that makes it all the more heartbreaking. This book does not disappoint.
"Forever was something we all took for granted, but the problem with forever was that it really didn't exist."
It started off so well but was so slow at parts. I finally finished and I‘m guess I‘m glad I did.. 2/5
This was such an awesome book! I loved every bit of it, mostly because I‘m a die hard romantic at times. If you love romance, you‘ll love this book! It also deals with some serious topics which is great. A great YA read I highly recommend it!
I read this book in german and english (at my smartphone). It's a good exercise to read more english. #languagelearning #love #friendship
Ok so I have a habit of reading about 5 books at the same time. In terms of my #TBRbingo I have started The Problem With Forever, which so far looks like it's a book for tired nights and awww moments. I have finished Girl on the Train and The Circle which were both mediocre.
Other books I am reading:
Beautiful Darkness
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Desiring God
The Screwtape Letters
Mockingjay
Occasionally it was worth 3 stars but 5 stars overall. I enjoyed the writing style and the characters. I rarely get into a realistic story (I'm more of a dystopian type of gal) but it can happen when I connect with and feel for the main character.
Cheesy and throwaway but so addicting but so lame but also i can't stop reading these books even if I don't even like them
This has to be one of my favorite JLA's standalone books I've read so far.
I loved the connection of TPWF with my favorite children's book, The Velveteen Rabbit. 🐰

I just bought this book and its on the way tell me its a good choice!! Lol
Oh Rider. Was there ever a more beautiful boy I wish I had known during my teen years? A very touching story about growing up, growing strong and how hard but important it is to overcome the past and change for the better.
I love to read in bed at night!!
There are more books started and finished in my bed than there are "good times" ??
Lmao
Oh wow that was a lame joke... Maybe I should return to this amazing book!! I'm seriously considering buying the Lux series because it they're half as good as this beauty, than they're definitely worth it!! ?
So I finished this book and it's amazing!!! Will do a review later! (Photo isn't the book)
Litsy is ever so slightly confusing but oh well 😂
Such a great contemporary that deals with some gritty hardships.
Not my favourite Jennifer L.Armentrout book! This was my first time reading a contemorary by her and I definitley prefer her fantasy stuff!
It wasn't bad but it was no way near amazing.
Reading this book was kind of like reading Romeo & Juliet: one part love story, one part trainwreck... #ya #book review #theproblemwithforever #contemporary #jenniferlarmentrout
The Problem with Forever by Jennifer L. Armentrout – The Lauren List

Gun violence is something that happens to us every day, and it‘s because of drugs and gang involvement. This book shines a light on all of these things and I think that‘s something that should be talked about more often. Sure, I love a good fluffy contemporary (who doesn‘t?) but I also love heartbreaking stories like these as well. Thank you, Jennifer L. Armentrout, for writing such a beautiful novel. Got more #bookmail today. Got lotsa reading to do this coming month to meet my #Goodreads goal of 100.
Just ordered these 3 from Amazon with their Black Friday coupon ($10 off $25 or more). I rarely ever buy new books so this was a hard decision!
