Hilarious! I laughed out loud numerous times.

I have (sorta) two:
1. I never met him, but Charles Shulz called me when I wrote him, asking if he'd sell me one of his comics to give to my mom for her 50th birthday (she was a PEANUTS fanatic). He called me long distance on his dime and gave me one of his strips for FREE, even paying to ship it to me (see pic above). He said I wrote a heckofa letter. 🤩 #2 is ⬇️.
Thanks for the tags, @Eggs and @Ravenlee!
1. I've had all books signed by Laurie Notaro in person (it helps that she and I were in high school together and even had AP English with each other!) I also have a signed comic strip from Charles Schulz, and we chatted on the phone.
2. I have bought/rebought/stupidly bought more times than I count. 🤦♀️
3. I want to LIVE next door to Samwise Gamgee in the shire; would Frodo give me his old home? 🤔
Well you guys, I turned 30 yesterday 😱👵🏽 !! I celebrated with friends but (shockingly) didn't get any books! Luckily my work BFFs got me these amazing books!!! One of my friends chose the Laurie Notaro because she is a Phoenix local author and she knew I liked reading local authors. Isn't that amazingly sweet!! ❤️📚❤️📚
#FallIntoBooks Day 8: Awkward
This book really captures my awkward, inner self, even if I didn't write it. And I swear, this picture could have been taken at any point in my adolescence.
@RealLifeReading
Since I don't read a ton of non-fiction, I don't have many books with #subtitles. This book has a subtitle and one of my favorite covers. #aprilbookshowers
Oh Lord. The hilarity. 😝
