Finished this audiobook while getting LEGO picked to start a build. Not great. I really liked Our House but I felt this one just seemed lacking in something. I‘d give it 3.5 🌟 though! I rounded down for goodreads.

Talk about your neighbors from hell! I would not want to live on Lowland Way. The Booths are frighteningly antisocial and unfortunately, their nastiness brings out the worst in the people who have the misfortune of living around them. It's quite thrilling to read. Hmm...I wonder if Ms. Candish watches "Fear Thy Neighbor". ??
This book's premise kind of reminds me of an episode of Fear Thy Neighbor, which is one of my favorite Ivestigative ID Discovery series. Excited about this one!
I thought this book was great. I‘m surprised by the not-so-great reviews. I thought it was a clever page turner. I will be reading more books by this author
This is so incredibly boring. I was waiting for the moment it made the long draining process worth it... it never came. Impressed I finished it to be honest.
There‘s more than one #PoorMisguidedFool in this neighborhood drama about an idyllic London suburban street suddenly thrown into chaos when a new couple moves in. A body count, plenty of motives all around and varying perspectives makes this a fast-paced and engaging read! My first experience with the author- but it won‘t be my last! #RedRoseSeptember
Overall excellent pacing here, but the ending felt a bit odd.
I'm a little over 2 hours into this weekend's readathons. Tomorrow morning will be busy, but I am hoping to get some time made up in the afternoon whilst the husband is off on his own adventure.
#24b4Monday #SummerEndReadathon
@Clwojick @Andrew65 @jb72 @TheReadingMermaid
Here are my first three reads for #24b4Monday and #SummerEndReadathon - I found three somewhat related to the ocean! The top one is Wodehouse's The Girl on the Boat, plus the next Swallows & Amazons book, and Dani Pettrey's latest (I've heard mixed reviews so we will see). First, I need to finish the tagged book! Not sure how much time I will have to read, so I am mostly just tracking time and seeing what happens! Hopefully 10hrs for the weekend.

When you win three thrillers from @Sourcebooks you 💃a happy dance curl up in your favorite reading chair and prepare to be terrified.😂😂

A coveted neighborhood, new neighbors who are trouble, and a terrible accident is where we meet everyone who lives on Lowland Way.
We meet the original neighbors and the new ones who are reeking havoc in the neighborhood.
There was a lot of drama going on in this neighborhood.
If you enjoy a slow, drawn out mystery, you will want to add THOSE PEOPLE to your TBR. 4/5

Having loved our house I had high hope for those people. Unfortunately I was left wanting more. This was an ok read but it did take me a while. Lowland way sound the perfect place to live until Darren and his partner move in. Suddenly there is noise and renovations and altercations. This could not possibly end well. Friendships in the road are challenged as neighbours deal or don‘t deal with their frustrations
Thanks to #netgalley for the ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review. This was my second time reading a Louise Candlish book and it did not disappoint. The plot grabbed me from the very beginning and kept the suspense building. Those People are the new neighbours who move into a quiet and harmonious street where all of the neighbours get along. It will have you looking twice at your neighbours. #netgalley #tea_sipping_bookworm #goodreads
A wild ride from start to finish. So many twists, turns and blind alleys that I was constantly turning the page to discover what happened next. A great read and the perfect start to my rainy Easter weekend. #NetGalley
