I enjoyed my #audiowalk with this book. The weather was apt for this story as it begin with stormy clouds, drizzles, sunshine & a rainbow. Same way this story unfolded. At places it‘s too dark & spooky. I like how bullying is explained, when & how to seek help. MC meets a ghost & the changes that followed is unexpected. It‘s my first try with the genre. Setting Goals | John Renesch

Hey All ! This is Meaw checking in for week 5 of #BFC2 this week I have hit all my goals. But this week I also added a challenge of sticking to a diet instead of running to the fast food or snacks or chocolates that I have been relying on when I‘ve felt very depressed. I had a doc appt this week and since moving back from CA I‘ve gained a lot more then I ever have in that amount of time. Cont in comments

Meaw_catlady I know we shouldn‘t care much about what the scale says but I also know that when I cut out the bad food and was doing yoga everyday and walking daily in CA. My chance of having A “bad” day, week or even month was lower. So I know I‘m doing good but I‘m gonna push myself to do better and focus on my physical health that goes hand in hand with my mental. Hey everyone I just wanted to update you all on how I‘ve been doing personally, um my mental health isnt the greatest rn and I‘m thinking about quitting the challenge because of some reasons I won‘t discuss with all the people from the challenge but I will say something to my partners, I‘ve been reading a book that‘s decent I‘m almost finished with it and I mean I think it still counts as a book the Sat prep book #Bfc #bfc2

I hit my step count 2 days which is about where I was before I went on vacation. Hoping to do even better this week and the cooler weather should help me get outside more. I also did get a few short walks in.

I‘d finished an audiobook for the week, and I think it actually got me to my 4 book goal. I‘m definitely continuing on though

Fitness Tracker: Your Gym Diary Book | R. Martin

As predicted, I didn‘t hit my step count while on my beach vacay. But our 3 level beach house had us all doing lots of stairs every day. I did get some beach walks in and I finished one book and started one audiobook (will finish on the drive home tomorrow). I‘m sad vacay is over and it‘s back to work, but it was fun.
