I‘m a little late to the bridgerton party, period drama‘s aren‘t usually my go to but with all the hype decided to start watching on Netflix a few days ago. Well…… what can I say …. I‘m Hooked!! An absolute sucker for intense love story, weddings and those beautiful dresses 😍 .It never occurred to me to read the book first but desperate to know what happens next & limited sit down tv time I downloaded the audio book! So I have both on the go 😂

I have a reading disorder. I can't wait to be done with a book so I can move on. I rarely ever read an entire series. In this case, I just wanted the first book but accidently downloaded the first 3. Of course if its a Kindle & a library book I have/must read the whole thing, that's the disorder part. 😐 I have fewer than 21 days. I may need to find a place to hide...

I loved this character from the show. If she had a bigger part in the book I might consider reading it. Lady Danbury gave me life in the series. I could watch a whole series with just her as the main character. If you haven‘t seen this weekend bingeworthy show on Netflix - do it! #poc #bridgerton #woc

I never read romance and agreed to read it mid February. I asked my Facebook friends what they thought I should read and they said Bridgerton. I haven't seen it and didn't know it was a book! So I put it in hold at my library and the wait is estimated 8 weeks! Give me some suggestions! What romance novel should I read that might make me want to read more? Get me started!

Finally started watching 🎬

Well I spent most of the weekend binging Bridgerton and my what a steamy binge it was! 🔥❤️ I thoroughly enjoyed it and expected nothing less than a wonderfully spun drama from Shonda. Even Hubs got pulled into it and found himself talking to the TV when frustrated with the characters 😂

This has been getting in the way of my reading. Obsessed.

My husband is on his winter schedule, which means we never know when he will be called into work. Tonight was one of those nights. Kids to bed at 7, and at 9 I decided to go to bed with my Kindle and the Bridgerton soundtrack.

Apparently, I am the one person on the planet who is NOT enraptured with the Bridgerton Netflix series! I feel so alone right now . . 😁

The Bridgerton adaptation on Netflix totally lives up to the hype. So good! 😍

Bingeing Part 2. Watching the rest of the episodes tonight. Unfortunately I can‘t read at the same time because it‘s just all so gorgeous to look at, it makes multitasking difficult. 😍

It‘s Christmas night and I‘m going in! Episode 1. I don‘t know the books but they had me at Shondaland and the Regency costumes & setting. 😍 It‘s so pretty!

It‘s a bit after 2am here and I just finished binging the entire first season of Bridgerton, Shonda Rhimes‘s new show. OMG—so good! I sat down about 5pm & thought I‘d just watch one or two episodes. Now it‘s 2am and I need people to discuss this show with. I couldn‘t stop watching!

I finished this collection a couple days ago. Really enjoyed all three books. While I enjoy romance, I often find the plots to be too silly or the MCs and love interests actively unlikeable. I rarely read romance books that are in a series, but these far exceeded expectations. I will definitely continue to finish up the book series. Also super excited now for the Netflix adaptation from Shonda Rhimes coming at Christmas!
