The Fine Print Special Edition
The Fine Print Special Edition | Lauren Asher
Rowan I'm in the business of creating fairy tales. Theme parks. Production companies. Five-star hotels. Everything could be all mine if I renovated Dreamland. My initial idea of hiring Zahra was good in theory, but then I kissed her. Things spiraled out of control once I texted her using an alias. By the time I realized where I went wrong, it was too late. People like me don't get happy endings. Not when we're destined to ruin them. Zahra After submitting a drunk proposal criticizing Dreamland's most expensive ride, I should have been fired. Instead, Rowan Kane offered me a dream job. The catch? I had to work for the most difficult boss I'd ever met. Rowan was rude and completely off-limits, but my heart didn't care. At least not until I discovered his secret. It was time to teach the billionaire that money couldn't fix everything. Especially not us. Dreamland Billionaires is the first book in a series of interconnected standalones following three billionaire brothers.

Eh, this was a little meh for me. I liked aspects of this, particularly the setting of a Disney-like amusement park and the representation of differently abled folks, but not much more. Too insta-love for me and the characters were drawn a little thinly. I‘ve heard a lot about this one but it just wasn‘t for me. #BookspinBingo @TheAromaofBooks

I enjoyed listening to this book on audio. I loved the narrators, they really brought the characters to life in the book. I rated this book a 3 out of 5 stars.

The Fine Print is the perfect Romance for Disney Adults. Lauren Asher's discription of the Amusment park/ Hotels mimics the famous parks without actually mentioning them. Think back to the Pear Phone nickelodeon had in lu of Apple.
plot : 4/5.

I keep seeing this mentioned on booktube and it‘s on kindle unlimited and I keep seeing it when I go to the book section in target so why not give it a try and take a break from mysteries

4⭐ It was a good book and it actually was the one to really get me back to reading because of how much I enjoyed it. I had to take away a star because I just hate the miscommunication trope. It frustrates me so much how the characters are always not saying anything. WE ALL KNOW IT WILL SOLVE EVERY PROBLEM YOU HAVE SO WHY THE FUCK ARE WE NOT SHARING IT!!! but overall this was pretty enjoyable even with the miscommunication.

I liked the characters but didn't love. But I really adored Zahra's sister and Rowan's discussions with his brothers were often fun.

I really loved the setting, it felt so magical. This was really entertaining and easy to read, everything what you can expect from a romance novel.

This wasn't anything really special to me, okay but a bit too much like so many other romance novels. Especially the ending.

I‘ve never read anything by Lauren Asher but I‘m enjoying this humorous character Zahra who has a crush on her boss Rowan. It‘s the first book of the Dreamland Billionaire Series I‘m really getting hooked on. It‘s main setting sounds like a fictional “Disneyland” type place where they both work at. Btw, I‘m at my favorite beach here in Central California #beachreads #dreamlandbillionaireseries #laurenasher #kindle

Back home 🏡 after our trip to Greece 🇬🇷 to a wonderful bank holiday weekend with warm sunshine ☀️ a cuddly fur baby , gin and tonic and a steamy racy read 😯🍆🌶️😂this book is great , pure escapism I won‘t call it trash because no book 📖 in my view is trashy it‘s like a big naughty box of chocolates and just my bag this weekend , not for everyone I know but I blinking love ❤️ it 😂

Rowan, billionaire owner of Dreamland, hires Zahra to design rides for him. He thought his actions were professional only, then soon finds out his feelings for her had taken over. Will he allow himself to be in a relationship?

This was a pretty good start to the series; I enjoyed it. The MC characters together were cute & funny. The plot was also great.

The cover was gorgeous, so who needs to read the blurb, right? Wrong. This was bad. So bad. Like Disney fanfic porn. I don't hate romance, but some of it is just nausea inducing. This was one of those for me. Hard no.

CSeydel Oh no! 🙈 Sounds uniquely awful 2y
julesG Agree 1000%. 2y
Clare-Dragonfly I thought that sounded pretty good until I realized it‘s Disney the company, not Disney movies! This one is not doing well on Litsy. 2y

Amor4Libros I finished this one yesterday and I liked it! 😅 I also did not go in with very high expectations 😆 2y
Traci1 @Amor4Libros to be fair to the author, romance isn't my really my genre. I picked this one thinking it maybe was historical fiction or something to do with architecture. It was a quick impulse buy. I need to start reading the blurbs before I buy books. 2y
Traci1 @Clare-Dragonfly I love Disney World. I'd live there if they let me (they will not, I'm told). So that part of it was ok-ish. But my daughter tells me that the whole grumpuss/sunshine trope is a big thing, and I found it really irritating. And the steamy bits were just so icky. I'm not at all prudish, but I skipped several entire chapters that were just so over the top with the descriptions. Blech. 2y
Amor4Libros @Traci1 Ah, makes sense lol 2y

Not a fan. Which makes me sad as I liked the last in the series. Yes, sadly I read things out of order. I simply couldn't connect to these characters. Not sure why but there you have it. Not a brilliant way to start March's reading list. #LittensLoveRomance #bookspin @TheAromaofBooks

And my string of DNF‘s continues. I forgot the boss employee romance usually does not work for me, and this was the case again here.

I am happy to be removing things off my massive Goodreads TBR!

Loved the Disney-like setting of this romance. Very cute. Zahra‘s character was hard to like at the beginning especially when she laughed at times that seemed awkward. Her heartbreak felt very genuine and relatable though from all the sad things that happened to her in life. The first two-thirds of this book were really slow but the last third was good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️½

thought I‘d read a nice romance inbetween throne of glass books to help avoid burn out. it was okay, I liked the relationship and dynamic between Rowan and Zahra but wish there was more focus on their relationship with other characters. that said I finished it in less then 24 hours. would recommend if you‘re looking for an easy, smutty romance over the summer.
