My elderly little Darvian decided that he wasn‘t waiting for ups today and jumped into the food scoop when he was being fed. UPS are after we make sure your fed little Mr.
About to jump into this for the Cyprus section of my round the world challenge.
Agatha Raisin goes to Turkey on a vacation to find James and make up with him. While there she gets involved in a murder of a British citizen. I got so frustrated with Agatha during this audiobook. I just wanted her to forget him. He treated her so badly. Hopefully, it's the end of them as an item. I hope her and Charles get together. I liked him.

A busy summer has left me SO behind in my book journaling! Happily, Agatha Raisin kept me company as I try to start to catch up.
The beginning of this DID NOT age well. But I enjoyed the new scenery and am delighted that James Lacey may not be the centre of Agatha‘s world anymore!
I‘m also delighted that I have space on my audio book dance card to jump back into this series for #SeriesLove2023!
Poor Agatha - she flees to Cyprus to recover from events from the previous book only to encounter murder and suspicion. Sir Charles Fraith makes an appearance and teams up with her, and James also plays a role. I‘ve stated before that I think what most impressed me about Agatha is her vulnerability but yet strong resolve. Super quick listen.
I love this series but this one was only ok for me. Agatha follows James to Cyprus after their ditched wedding. She just seemed so desperate for him. I missed the village and people of Carsley, and wasn't interested in this plot in another country. The introduction of Charles was nice and I hope he remains in the series. I think he's a better match for Agatha. I'll continue on in the series and find out.
Love Agatha and still can‘t stand James 👎🏽 I missed the village people but Charles was a nice addition. I really hope she gets James out of her system🤞🏾
Agatha follows James to Cyprus after their aborted wedding. But it seems like murders follow Mrs Raisin everywhere. She is embroiled in a murder that involves other British tourists.
I did however miss the residents of Carsely as they form alot of the heart in Agatha's life.
I‘m really glad most of this series is available on Audible Plus. I can‘t recommend it enough as it‘s perfect when you need to escape from reality for a few hours. 4⭐️

I have the whole series but haven‘t read them yet. I have watched the TV series and enjoyed them very much.
More adventures from Agatha Raisin.
Why waste a good honeymoon?
Agatha is left to solve a murder in a foreign country on her own, and being a suspect of the murder means she can't even leave...
Really good read.
I like these mysteries, but it is beyond me what Agatha sees in that awful James Lacey! #13inThree
2.5/5 ⭐️⭐️
I love the Agatha Raisin series, but she was insufferable in this one. I prefer the village setting to this random cast of characters who ‘happened‘ to meet abroad...
A harmless crime caper for fans of MC Beaton. I find I struggle with the slapstick elements of this series but I really enjoy the TV series so keep trying again. I gave this one a go on audio with Penelope Keith as narrator...all the foreign characters sound the same which I found amusing. Good try Penelope 😂
Another Agatha misadventure, gulped down in 24 hours. This one finds her following James to Turkish Cypriot where they were to spend their honeymoon. Of course things go awry, of course she gets involved in murders and of course she nearly gets herself killed in the process - but they're so much fun! I'm listing to the next one now, trying it on audio. So far so good!
