I didn't enjoy this one as much as the last few. I felt like it closed up the storyline they had going a little too quickly. Then, some of the side missions just didn't catch my attention. It still was a fun read, just kind of disappointing.

My friend‘s Pusheen stuffy now has her own hand-knit sweater. This was reverse engineered from the Barnes and Noble exclusive Pusheen that came with a cable knit sweater. It‘s on upside down because this particular Pusheen‘s front paws are tucked in rather than outstretched 😂 but the sleeve placement works!

I was a little disappointed in this one because it needed more cats! So as Kanda's house is getting full with the kittens and Geoffrey as well as the two older cats and Kanda's friend, Kanda's daughter and son show up... he has kids! All heck breaks loose after that. I enjoyed the cats with the family. The thing I didn't like was the fighting between Kanda's son and his friend. It just went tirelessly on and on.

This was a cute little manga. A lonely man adopts the cat that no one wants from the store. It shows the perspective of both him and the cat as they develop their relationship and learn how to live with each other. There are silly moments that cat owners will definitely relate to. This was a perfect palette cleanser and I'll continue the series slowly as I need a light read

Kittens and toe beans!!

I would've gave this a four star except they put ads in the comic for the TV show for this comic. Bad taste. Besides that bump in the road, the story was great as usual as well as the graphics. Geoffrey who is Kanda's old piano friend is coming to visit and along the way he finds unwanted kittens. Well of course, he has to rescue them and bring them over to Kanda's house! Love the kittens!

Huh, this cover was super cute and I didn‘t at all expect cat eating monsters. Um. Not sure how I feel about this one.

I picked up a blind date from BBGB Kids Books, and inside was this middle grades graphic novel about two bug besties, a rhino and stag beetle, and their adventures both outside—spelunking, climbing, meeting spider librarians—and internal—facing the existential, feeling your feelings, friendship. It gets surreal, which at times confused me, but remains grounded by very humanist, compassionate values, which makes me recommend for fans of K. O‘Neill.
