GOD I love a gothic. Lesbian gothic too? Delicious. I liked the two tones, the interviews with Dr Montague and Roosje telling her story between them. I‘m a big fan of books that tell me what‘s happened and help me figure out the how and why.

This is probably my favorite story of the three I've read so far! Idk why but I was captivated by this one. We get to hear a story from two POVs, one the "wrong" one and the other the "correct" one, which I thought was an interesting concept. Also, I'm all for nonhuman lovers and a bit of deadlines in romance ? #nonbinary #sapphic

The cover for these!? Amazing!! The story inside...imo, debatable 😆 I've been meaning to pick these up for a while now but kept putting them off bc they're novellas... Finally read it tho and I was slightly...confused? But after a second restart, I just let it play and it became quite interesting. I think that's how I have to treat these little nuggets. I have no idea why I rated this a 4/5. It's honestly such a good read but there was something, maybe the pacing, that only makes more sense after it ends. I felt a bit lost as to what the plot might be until much after. That said, everything is done so well and I couldn't help but relate to the MC on so many things. Another great graphic novel! I love Yonna and all her friends. Since this is #1, I‘m hoping they make more. I know there‘s comics out there post this book, though, so I might go looking.
