pickI really enjoyed this book. The picture puzzles were intriguing & the twists compelling. I sped through this book. I would have finished it in one go if I didn‘t have to work. 😁 I hate to use the word “fun” because there are some really bleak moments in this book, but it WAS fun to read.
Didn‘t have the perfect green, and it was a lighter weight so I added an additional round, but I still like this #grannysquare for my #bookblanket #doublespin
pickWhile this was not as good as the first one it still was delightful fun. I wish we could get books from the other women‘s perspectives, especially Nat; to me Billie is not as interesting as some of the others.

pickLow pick for me.
I thought this was going to be a 4 or 5 star read at first. Then halfway through it ran out of gas and the end was just annoying. There is no way Doug would act the way he did at the end. I thought it was building up to a something big, but it ended with a whimper.
It was a page turner though and I did speed through it and there were a few really interesting moments to reflect on.

I‘ll admit I almost bailed before we ever got on the train.
I‘m glad I stuck around because the story was interesting and I really wanted to know of Miss Froy‘s fate…or if she existed at all.
I must say I struggled with the writing style a bit. I have a question for everyone that I‘ll put in a spoiler below.
The movie was pretty different and I have a thought I‘ll put in the spoilers below as well.
