I have not read this. It is on my shelf awaiting me. But when I saw the prompt I thought of this Book. Why? Because I know it involves God and when my sister read my copy she said it was “weird”. That is all. 😜 #nuyear #prayingtothealiens

My husband gave me this self published book last year. It was written by a local woman who worked at our Township. What surprised me was how much I enjoyed it! On a girl‘s 17th Birthday, she discovers that her father was very special. She meets him in the desert of Delamar, Nevada, and then proceeds to his planet! #prayingtothealiens #nuyear

#NuYear #day3 #PrayingToTheAliens The aliens in this series, The Radch, certainly consider themselves if not gods, then certainly the ruling power in the galaxy. This is one of the best sci-fi novels I‘ve read in a long time with an extremely unique world filled with non-gendered Radch, sentient AI‘s with governance over thousands of corpse soldiers & outer worlds full of wild frontiers.

Closer to praying as an alien than #prayingtothealiens. This will probably be my #unconventionalromance for #Booked2018.

Told in the language of a Chinese English-language-learner, and through dictionary terms, this is the story of a young student's first visit to the UK, where she falls for an older man. I'm looking forward to getting started on this one.

#NuYear #Prayingtothealiens this is the only book I‘ve ever read with aliens. It is probably the worst book I‘ve ever read to the very end. It came highly recommended and I was convinced it would get better but a pile of shite! 💩
