peaKnit I was looking around and remember Different Seasons by Stephen King, my own 80‘s obsession😂 it has four novellas, 3 whichbecame movies, we all know Shawshank Redemption and Stand by Me, then Apt Pupil was also a movie. Leaving Breathing Method, but it‘s only 60+ pages, maybe The Body (Stand by Me) and Breathing Method? I loved that whole book, wore the pages out in 7th grade! I saw this last night but sleep beckoned harder. 😉I'm in, but struggling with a book recommendation that's under 350 pages & from the 80s, readily available now, that isn't a total gore-fest. There's this one which is first in a series and I haven't read although it gets good reviews on Amazon.
