You know so little of war. Battles may be fought from the outside in, but wars are won from the inside out

Yes! 100% yes!
I DEVOURED this book in one sitting. I loved everything about this book. I cried, I was angry, I chuckled, and I was surprised. The writing was great, the plot was great, just everything yes! There are dragons, a badass woman, conflicting attraction, what more could you want?!

Disclaimer- second book doesn‘t come out until Nov. 2022 😩

So torn.
It wasn‘t bad, but I also didn‘t love it. Interesting concept, and a quick read. The romance wasn‘t overwhelming which I enjoyed and the plot was good. I didn‘t love the dialogue at all times or the thought process of Sara throughout the whole book though.

Really enjoyed this book, and the trilogy as a whole for the most part. It‘s a quick and fun read!

I don‘t usually share books that I‘m reading for work on here, but this is easily my favorite! It‘s my second time through and I‘m reading it with my leadership team at work. If you‘re in any type of leadership role at work, pick this book up! It‘s a lot to digest but so, so good! I also wouldn‘t recommend this as a first leadership book, but you do you boo 😘

The cover art alone is something to fall in love with! This is a second in a series and it is an easy one to get into, face paced and much better writing than the first in the series!

This book is almost identical to #VampireAcademy. Lucky for mrs armentrout I LOVE VA, and it has been several years since I‘ve read it! This one has the Novella at the beginning, and it‘s a rough slow start, in fact I DNF‘d it for a while before coming back and devouring it.

*there are some truly horrendous grammatical errors in this book. But it seems to get better. That‘s a huge reason I first put the book down.

What‘s your go to book or series when you‘re in a rut? Mine is definitely ACOTAR. #rut #ACOTAR #favorite #mustread #comfortread #acourtofthornsandroses #question

I rate this about 3.5-4 stars out of 5. It was good, but I didn‘t devour it. It‘s from multiple POV which I‘m not the biggest fan of, but she did it well and I enjoyed it. There are some really good twists throughout the whole story, which I was pleasantly surprised by. So if you haven‘t picked it up you should! #good #beastsofprey #cliffhanger

Starting this after bailing on Realm Breaker. Hopefully I like this one better. I‘ve not heard of this author, seems like a typical YA fantasy read, lucky for me I LOVE those!!! #wishmeluck #newauthor #YA

I may go back and try to finish it, but I did nail. I‘m about 100 pages in (of almost 600) and don‘t feel a connection to the plot or the characters. #DNF #Bail #disappointed

Yes, I would recommend this book. It may not go into my favorites pile, I did enjoy it. A bit predictable and is chalked full of similarities to other series, I would said mainly ACOTAR, but overall not bad. If you are someone who doesn‘t enjoy having to wait for a sequel don‘t read this yet, the second title won‘t be released until July of 2022 as of right now.

The main character, Charlie, has got to be one of the stupidest protagonists ever written. However, I was unable to put this book down! The pace the great and keeps you wondering at every page turn. I very much enjoyed this read.

So so good. The character development was extremely well done and the writing was brilliant. The second one drops next month.

So far it‘s good! It has a lot of similarities to other literature. A little Cinderella feel mixed with acotr, and a deal with the fae king. I‘m not done yet, so we will see if that changes.
