And just like that, my 2018 challenge is over... now to keep reading anyway 🤣
I grew up in a house full of books with a family that made frequent trips to the library. For some reason, I never really thought to buy my own. Any trip to the bookstore was always to add to our collection of schoolbooks (I was homeschooled.) So, to get to start my own collection, and have a bookcase that is all my own...I am just so excited and loving it! All that to say-look at the pretty new lights I just put up! 😍#storytime #mybooks #inlove
Feeling suuuper cozy and Christmassy (is that a word?) tonight🎄I‘ve got my flannel sheets down for the cold front that‘s coming in tonight, Christmas lights are up in my room, I went to a vespers choir performance this afternoon, and to top it off, I‘m reading the Christmas chapter in this lovely little book!❄️
Loved, loved, LOVED this book! When I started reading it, I thought it wouldn‘t be worth the hype, but man, it proved me wrong! So many feelings packed into one book, I stayed up late into the night alternately crying and then laughing out loud at how much I could relate to Eleanor‘s social awkwardness 😂 🤦🏽♀️ Great book!
Both of these books have been on my TBR since I saw them on my library‘s book club list. I finally picked them up from our friends of the library store and am excited to get started on them.... I‘ve heard good things about both!
1. The Lone Star State 🏜#Texasyall
2.The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
3.The Chronicles of Narnia
4.Little Women with Wynona Rider and Christian Bale
7.The sky(all variations)
8.Journal entry/Inner Dialogue types of books
10.A goldfish named Piranha Ron (it‘s a long and tragic story)
Readathon is off to a fantastic start with this gem! This is a fantastic series as a whole and I HIGHLY recommend the audiobook. I wish I could say that it was a satisfying conclusion, but I can‘t because I want MORE!!! Please don‘t make us wait too long, Sylvain? #themisphile #readathon
Perks of working at a library. I get to read it first! 😍
