This poor, battered book is the cooking “encyclopedia“ I‘ve had for nearly 50 yrs and used it constantly pre-Google/Pinterest. The crepes & pancakes page was apparently used and abused frequently !!!

1/ I do like the tagged book but my favorites are The River Road Cookbook (Louisiana) and the cookbook put out by my aunt‘s convent in Nova Scotia— the Sisters of Saint Martha.

4/ macaroni and cheese with ketchup. Also hush puppies with ketchup. And, no, I‘m not a big ketchup lover.
