Gissy I'm so happy you liked everything. You said owned already some JA editions but didn't mention the vintage classic edition. I found their covers so pretty. I tried to found a booksleeve more related with JA but I didn't find it if I see one I will send you one. I was so nervous because as you know this was first experience with this author. I always like to send something from PR as a cultural exchange. 6y

Gissy @mabell I'm still in the first chapters but I'm enjoying it. I identify with her in odd social responses. I guess this reading hobby does not allow us to be often with human beings☺️Those parts are so funny.But it seems Eleanor went through a traumatic experience during childhood that made her being like that. I found some expressions of loneliness well used to describe this feeling in persons like Eleonor, existentialist descriptions? 6y

Gissy @mabell so sad in those expressions😢I still don't know what happened to Eleanor. Her mother and their relationship is pretty dysfunctional. I don't know how these mix of feelings in this uncommon complicated character will end in this novel. 6y

For my 100 P&P Party, I bought Jane Austen tea, from Bingley's!!! The four teas: Mr Darcy, Lizzie, Longbourn, and Sweet Jane, came in the tea "book" box, and I received a complimentary fifth Lydia tea. Very good and added to the festivities! ☺ You can also see some of the collection too!
