Reading has been incredibly slow this month, but I received these adorable Halloween themed cookies as a gift. It was the pick me up I needed after a rough midterm. Hoping to make some progress on Death and The Penguin and The Girls are Never Gone.

panI did a video chat the other day to check in on my nieces & how school was going. The younger one enjoyed the last book session we had so much, she asked if I had any others. I had this on my Kindle and went through all 10 in less than 30 minutes. Her overall assessment was that they're too fast & kinda lame. I agree with her.
