I finally finished the last three stories in this witchy anthology this week. As in most #story collections, some are hits & others not so much, but overall this group of stories about witches in all their types & forms in the south was a pick. I‘m counting the individual stories for #TeamMonsterMash points (the last 3 had 330 #ScarathlonWordSearch points between them) but the reading time is counted ⬇️

I started this book of witch stories for last year‘s #Scarathlon & I plan to finish it this year. This morning‘s story mentioned a #campfire & netted me 450 #ScarathlonWordSearch points for #TeamMonsterMash as well. Not too shabby! 🧟♀️🧙♀️

I didn‘t make soup today but I did enjoy takeout Hawaiian Clam Chowder w/ Grilled Bread. (The Hawaiian part of it is that it uses ulu or breadfruit instead of potato) Did some #audiioblogging to Deathless Divide & I read another 2 stories in this witchy anthology. Still have reading time here before I add up points for #teamhendrix I‘d say it‘s been a #spookysunday 👻

It‘s Friday & since this book of short stories about Southern witches includes one witha woman turning into a rose bush with pink flowers, I think it‘s a good pick for today‘s #FreakyFriday prompt. I read this story & one more during my desk-time poke bowl lunch.

On a new asthma medication I started taking yesterday & so far while less wheezy, I have a slamming headache & had weird dreams all night. So this morning I wanted not-made-by-me iced coffee for the caffeine & have been looking at this Mexican Street Food Avocado Toast from a local restaurant for a while now so I did a Door Dash. Totally worth⬇️
