This is my final tally for #Pointsathon

31 books finished in the 3 days of the readathon, 150 hours of reading and 9260 Pages Read.

Highest number of pages on any one day 458, and 3 minutes short of 8 hours in the day.

The 2nd witchy romance I‘ve read this month. Though both have grumpy love interests & MC‘s with abandonment issues, they‘re totally different. STBM is Fantasy proper (with creatures, etc) — not just “magical.” Emerson, who owns a bookstore, admits to a “not-so-private YA paranormal addiction,” & that feels right. I enjoyed this, including Em‘s feminist rants & high opinion of herself (which annoyed some). I liked the town & her friend group. 👇🏻

I had never read this classic mystery before but it was a fun brain-teaser. The residents of an apartment building are named as heirs to the Westing fortune and must solve riddles and clues in order to receive the fortune.

Finished this brand new release & start to Harper‘s new paranormal romance 3-book series (Starfall Point). The audiobook was released last week so not in the Litsy database yet & tagging under this book. Cute & fun Oct listen, Riley goes to the island at bequest of her aunt hoping to learn about her recently-passed mother‘s family & finds out she is a witch & caretaker to a houseful of ghosts. As it was audio ⬇️

Witchy romcom alert! Emerson is surprised to discover that magic is real and her whole town is full of witches - including herself. She lost her memories with her power a decade ago but now it is coming back, at the same time dark magic is overtaking her town. I really loved the story but I hated Emerson. She was so annoying! But the supporting cast of friends made up for it & I'll read the sequel since it will be from someone else's POV thank god
