I‘m normally not one for fantasy books, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book, as well as the sequel One Blood Ruby( which I just finished for #BookFitnessChallenge) ♥️

I‘ve managed to get in my daily steps, and listen to 6 audiobooks so far this week! It‘s been a good week for #BookFitnessChallenge with all things considering. ♥️🧡💛
I‘ll post a proper check in tomorrow.
@wanderinglynn
I have had this book on my shelf FOREVER! Finally starting it today for the #BookFitnessChallenge
@wanderinglynn
I can‘t. I‘m only 25% of the way in and the characters are already annoying me.
So i stil have one more shelve to go and a lot more books to fit in there but here it is! My brand new bookshelves! My parents have them to me for my new house. 😀
Enjoying my book while hiking :) Cheers everyone!
When you're moving and you have to pack your books...😭😭😭
Taking a break from the Lunar Chronicles to read this little gem real quick. Just got it in from the library. #currentlyreading
I'm just about halfway through this one and it's really just not thrilling me. I mean, not everyone can be Holly Black, but I had high hopes.
I'm not 100% sure this is my favorite but this is the fairy series I'm most excited about because I just got the sequel! #READATHONFAERIES @Liberty
I ended up really liking this! It was a nice lighthearted entertaining read that kept me interested in the story the whole time. I enjoyed the premise and the world building. I already ordered the next one from the library even though I have a million library books TBR on my nightstand!
Excited to start this for something a little different and (hopefully) less intense then what I've been reading lately!
Gossip Girl if all the characters were deadly faerie spies and assassins. I mean, definitely not edifying, highbrow literature, but sometimes we all need a bit of brain candy.
Let's face it, you could write a book about faerie calculus professors and I would still probs enjoy it.
🦋✨
One quibble: there were like, seven POV, and looking back I feel like all the voices were similar. However that didn't keep me from enjoying the story.
And now for something completely different.
iPad and cuddly #readingcompanion. What else do I need? 😺 #readingequipment #readjanuary catsoflitsy
I would give this book three stars. I like the plot of the story and the characters.
Everyone posts pictures of Creepy Jesus when they visit New Orleans. I finally got to see it last night when Melissa Marr took us on a walking tour of the city. #nolastorycon
I've read every book Melissa Marr has ever written, but this one takes me back to why I fell in love with her writing in the first place. I cannot wait to read more in the series.
8/10
I loved the whole idea of the story! Fae 👼🏾vs Humans👱🏼
I was worried that the missing heir to the Throne was Lilywhite, but it was her mother..which is better
The Seven Black Diamonds are more connected than before as a family than a terrorist group. I wonder if there'll be a second book 🤔
I'm on page 366 right now and everything seems to have a happy ending with Lily agreeing to be the heir to the fae kingdom.
But what's going to happen when there's only 8 pages left!!! 😱😱😱
So far I'm loving the whole Seelie being colored.
Everyone thinks of fairies as white.
I love Melissa Marr, but this book & audio just aren't grabbing me. I'm not connecting to the futuristic fey politics.
Just started this. Doesn't have the magic of Wicked Lovely, but I'll give it a chance
I love fae books. They rarely ever disappoint me.
