So this year I thought I would try the trend of choosing an overarching word instead of making resolutions. My word for 2020 is Simplify and I am going to try to apply it to all aspects of my life.

Mimi28 Thanks! I love your word too. My life isn‘t very complex, I need more going on besides my cats and doctor‘s appointments, lol. So I couldn‘t choose simplify. But whenever I think my life sucks, I do have to simplify- like at least I can use all of my limbs, at least I have a place to live, at least I have clean running water, stuff like that. I hope that makes sense, lol. My body is exhausted but my mind is racing. My concentration sucks. Thanks!! 4y

#2020ReadingGoals: I‘m doing #LitsyAtoZ again & my #Goodreads goal is to read 60 books but if I have to reduce my goal, so be it! I will no longer put off reading longer books! Reagan We take a lot of our read books to the used bookstore in exchange for credit and everything else gets donated to the library for book sales! I highly recommend it, we save so much $ buying mostly used and it raises $ for the library! Good luck with your bookish goals! 4y

TK-421 @Reagan Thanks! I buy a lot of used books but I‘ve been terrible at trading in read books that I probably won‘t read again. I have a box of 70+ books I really should trade in for credit! I don‘t know if my library takes donations, but there are several worthwhile causes in my city that have fundraising book sales so that‘s definitely an option too! 4y

200 books read this year. I‘m making an additional goal of at least 2 physical books a month. For #Jumpstart2020 I‘m making a goal of 10 books by January 19!

julesG I'd change that one year to two years. Also, anything I have in storage has a sticker on with the date I last opened and used something from the box. If I haven't opened a box for two years+, I throw it out. 4y
