Finished yesterday for #Roll100 (#90 Any Backlist) & as a prompt for my #OUABC 2025 40 Book Challenge (Any Hugo Award Winner). I loved this one! T. Kingfisher writes fun characters & found family with a sly dark humor. All the characters in Marta‘s ragtag group were endearing & I enjoyed this fantasy paranormal fairytale. Looking forward to working my way through the rest of the author‘s backlist. Pretty sure it will be a 2025 fave.🖤
Here‘s my #roll100 picks. #51 is a Christian nonfiction book. #9 is a memoir by a quantum healer, #90 is a cocktail recipe book. I can‘t read #74 yet because it‘s being published in April. I preordered the ebook from www.bookshop.org so I‘ll read it after it‘s released. I‘m rolling over 2 books from February. I‘m currently reading My Healthy Noggin. I don‘t know when I‘ll get finished with it. I haven‘t started Black, Queer & Untold yet.

#ChatterDay vibe is mellow. Having a bit of an asthma/allergy flare up which is messing with my eyes. I did make a stop at the monthly makers market by my house & got some cards, postcard & such.
Now at the coffeeshop with a piece of coffee cake & my usual dirty chai. Starting this book for March as it fills a reading challenge prompt & is my #Roll100 March #90 “Any Backlist” prompt. Still need to run a few errands then home to rest my eyes.👀
pickMagical realism and full of feelings. I enjoyed the magical bits and the love Sage has for everyone in her life. The writing is good, but the story is a little immature for women who are supposed to be almost 30. Book #90 in 2024

I finished this book, and I still have so many questions...
I was following Hank Green on Tiktok for months before I found out that aside from being ridiculously intelligent, well spoken, and funny, he is also an author. It has taken me another many many months to finally read this novel of his. It is definitely very intelligently written, insightful, and not like anything else I've ever read. I can't wait to read the follow up.
