Magical realism and full of feelings. I enjoyed the magical bits and the love Sage has for everyone in her life. The writing is good, but the story is a little immature for women who are supposed to be almost 30. Book #90 in 2024

Book #90
4/5
I finished this book, and I still have so many questions...
I was following Hank Green on Tiktok for months before I found out that aside from being ridiculously intelligent, well spoken, and funny, he is also an author. It has taken me another many many months to finally read this novel of his. It is definitely very intelligently written, insightful, and not like anything else I've ever read. I can't wait to read the follow up.

GondorGirl I loved both of these books! They were so smart and socially aware. 12mo

Finished this one a few minutes ago. I love this series. Star‘s story is complicated but wonderful. I love the accents by the narrator, especially Star‘s French one. Having Beatrix Potter involved was great, too. I am happy to have this long audiobook finished before diving in to #Scarathlon2022 in October. #90 #BookSpin #BFC22 #AlmostAChunkster at 513 pages #SERIES2022 #SuperSeptember

I'm a bit behind on the #Roll100 challenge and just now finished the #90 pick for February. In my defense I did start it in February. However, it was a bit slow and not what I was expecting. I'll move on to the March reads now. @PuddleJumper

A much stronger book than the previous installment, this finds Paige collaborating on an investigation with Lucas and a “small army of supernaturals.” I didn‘t remember much but felt they were a little slow to pick up on some pretty obvious clues. Someone is killing Cabal children, starting with “the help” and working up the ladder. This was Feb‘s #roll100 #90 and it‘s done, if a bit late.

ravenlee Also using for March #DoubleSpin (a series read), and #SeriesRead2022. 3y

Just started the tagged book which is my #90 in the #Roll100 challenge and will be reading as much as possible this weekend, so I think I can make it 20 hours. I've already read at least a couple after work. #20in4 @Andrew65

Andrew65 Good luck 😊👍 3y

Tagged is #36 for #Roll100 and Industrial Magic is #90. The only problem is that I need to read Dime Store Magic before Industrial Magic! In January I‘ve only read one of my picks, but I‘m hoping to squeeze in the second in the next couple of days 🤞🏻. We‘ll see how I do for February. Maybe there won‘t be an entire week lost to being sick/having a sick kid/last-minute gig.

PuddleJumper Feel free to swap series books to the one you need. That's what I'm planning on doing with a few of mine. 3y

Glad I wasn‘t the only one to give a leap of joy when @PuddleJumper rolled her dice early for Feb #roll100 😂
#36 is Ivanhoe. My great aunt, whom I loved dearly, couldn‘t recommend this enough when I was growing up. I‘ll finally bite the bullet for you, Aunt Millie 💖
#90 is Eats, Shoots & Leaves. Probably the last person on the planet who hasn‘t read this one!

PuddleJumper That's quite a contrast! 3y
sarahbellum @PuddleJumper I‘m nothing if not eclectic 😂 3y
