Librarybelle Good Morning! It‘s a beautiful morning in South Central Pennsylvania. Today is chores in the morning followed by a fashion webinar hosted by Jane Austen‘s House (love that I can see evening programs in the UK in the afternoon here). I need to read the next Nancy Drew book this weekend, but I started this one to get back to the library on Monday, and it‘s such an important read…everyone should read this #HonestHistory #RealHistory

But first late brunch, coffee… my electric blanket died and it‘s hard for my joints to not have it before I sleep and before I get up. (RA) new one arriving today! TheBookHippie We are preparing for exams here: my son has all his international baccalaureate exams this week and he is really anxious- so I‘m helping him BREATHE and go over things casually… two years of classes comes down to one paper in each subject- Hisory, English… etc -that you write in 5 parts on one subject in differing ways from ONE QUESTION. Then depending how you do it can count for certain amounts of college credits. It‘s worldwide so I get⬇️ 2w

thecheckoutstack After two weeks of pneumonia I‘m finally starting to feel like myself, but I woke up with a bit of a sore throat so feeling a little paranoid. The weather is beautiful here today, hoping to build a fence around my new raised garden beds. 2w

I start to do well, but my husband is not interested, so it's been a battle to get stuff done -- we did do his dressers today (I did mine a weekish ago). Librarybelle Good morning! I‘m spending the day with a friend, which will be fun. Zeke has been off his steroid treatment in preparation for his appointment next week, and he started to show signs of discomfort on Thursday night. The rest of my weekend will be me monitoring him and giving him what medications I can to alleviate his symptoms enough to get him to eat again. Poor guy. Other than a couple incidences the past couple of weeks, he was doing well. 3w

Librarybelle Good morning! It‘s almost 7am on the US East Coast, and I‘ll soon make the trek to the grocery store for weekly groceries, in hopes to beat the crowds. Today marks the 250th anniversary of the beginning of the US Revolutionary War, and I enjoyed reading Heather Cox Richardson‘s remarks about the events leading up to it. They reminded me that ordinary people can do amazing tiny things. I‘m also enjoying the Golden Girls cozy mystery:

I received my #CBBC box a week ago (Saturday). Sorry for posting late but I wasn‘t late to taste the coffee (using the mug) same day😋now almost gone☺️Same with chocolates 🍫 delicious, almost gone too mmm! 😋 I‘m using the Kitchen towels and tote is so pretty😍 Perfect for Spring. I‘m not doing very much this weekend. I took a shower tonight, ate dinner, wrote my book review for a book I finished for the #christiescapers buddy read, read the short story this week for the #noplacelikeholmes buddy read and I‘m going to journal tonight before bed, brush my teeth, put my nightgown on and start the next book for the #christiescapers buddy read.
