1. I‘m feeling pretty good today.
2. I‘ve had trouble getting to sleep for most of my life, but once I do I can sleep well. Lately it‘s been a bit out of whack.
3. Make the room cool (not cold), dark, and quiet. Play soothing music or a sleep story podcast if needed, but don‘t play with your phone for any other reason. (I need to be better following this advice!)

I use the Rise app to keep track of my sleep debt. I‘ve never been a good sleeper, but it‘s been really bad the last two weeks. I‘m working on getting my sleep debt down in the coming days.
On a positive note, at least I‘ve kept up with my exercise! 😆

3 ⭐ This book is an allegory for nap time. Harper is a little robot that is grouchy and causing problems. They need to recharge. Everyone knows they need to recharge except for Harper themselves. Harper refuses to recharge until they absolutely can‘t do anymore. And then realize that once they recharge, they feel completely better. This book is fine. The illustrations are quite fun. In fact, the illustrations are better than the story.
