This book has such a sweet message and is a great opportunity for teaching about emotions. Young book lovers will enjoy listening to this story and learning how to read from it.

This was one of my favorite rhyming books to listen as a child. This story has such a cute ending along with some great advice / messages for children. Love that there is also a series of llama books.

This was such a cute book to read! It teaches a lesson on emotions like worry and comfort. This is a great pick for young children! Makes a great bedtime story!

Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney, 2005. This is a sweet and heartfelt story about a llama and his mama doing their everyday nightly routine. Llama's mom reads him a bedtime story and then goes on to do household chores. Llama waits patiently for his mama to return but then starts to worry that she won't come back! He shouts loudly for his mama to come and she reminds him that she is always with him in his heart.

A little like little Red, but with emphasis on adventure and overcoming fears. I'd kind of like an acorn full of magical healing soup. 🥚 🌽 X 5

This book can help students relate historical events to personal challenges, promoting empathy and critical thinking. It also provides an opportunity to discuss themes like bravery and adapting to new situations.
