My Boyfriend just asked me “Why do You need so many books? Can‘t you get rid of some? You have 3 shelves filled of our bookshelf....” 😳🤯🥺 We‘ve been together 5 years and STILL had to ask me this?!?! Most of my books are in storage because we don‘t have enough room for them, and a measly 3 shelves is NOTHING!!! TEArificbooks When we got married my husband said we have a space issue. You can have tbr library or keep library. So I have a whole room for my tbr library. And 14 years in I also have a wall in the bedroom for books to keep, a picture book library in my youngest‘s room, a chapter book library in the oldest‘s room, and 3 book carts by the front door of books ready for new homes, and a mobile little free library in my car trunk 3y

sgoffe I just moved my book collection into my boyfriend's house last week. He built me a nice big bookcase which fits my current collection but with no room to grow so now we're looking for other areas in this rather tiny house to squeeze in more shelving. We have a deal - I don't object to his tool buying if he doesn't object to my books & knitting supplies. But eventually, I will have to deal with the reality of the limited space in this house. 3y
