398.2 lol I just got back from the library and I was all excited about a new book and I couldn't believe I haven't read it yet. I read the first chapter and it sounded so familiar. Then I turned my head and there it was right on my bookshelf. 😳 7y

Lizpixie It's amazing @Jhullie I wonder if the hubby can make one like it? He's pretty good at woodwork, we built two of the bookcases in the lounge room out of pallets & an old wooden waterbed frame, and the entertainment unit as well, and they look beautiful. Stained them all mahogany, you'd swear they were a set bought from a store. 7y

What would I #WantAsAGift if I could choose anything book-related? I've ALWAYS wanted a #libraryladder (and shelves high and full enough to warrant one). I would probably avoid the sexy, upside-down reading though. 😉 Thank you @LibrarianRyan for this amazingly fun #12DaysofXmasPhoto challenge!

saresmoore I have trouble climbing ladders in the typical fashion. This just looks dangerous! Or do they offer classes for sexy reading poses ala pole dancing for fitness?? I have so many thoughts on this! 7y

GlitteryOtters Same!!! For years, as a scaled down version of this dream, I wanted one of those library stools they had in every library in each town we lived in when I was a kid (we moved a lot, but libraries were a constant). I actually had a source for it and the budget, but my home doesn't have the room (2 bedrooms, 3,000+ books, 3 people & 3 large dogs in 780 square feet plus basement = no room for extras like library stools 😞). 7y

Suzze A friend of mine has a third floor tower that is a library with a loft. They have a sliding Book ladder. I can sit there and just stare at the ladder and be happy. 😁 7y
