Fun, spicy, and easy. I adored Wanda and Sophie. But I found it was about 100 pages too long.
This was surprisingly emotional for a rom-com. I listened to the audiobook and the last several chapters I had to hold back tears so I could keep driving. Hunting does a really nice job bringing the characters to life and Peyton, the 9 year old daughter, added higher stakes and emotion to a romance that you don‘t often see.
Damn Cade! Who doesn't love a grumpy sunshine romance! Willa is everything Cade and Luke need and didn't expect. Watching her bring life into Cade was beautiful. Is it just me, or is Hearvey absolutely loving watching his boys drop one by one. And man he's such a hoot! I can't wait to see what he says or does next! I can't wait to see how hard Jasper falls in book 3! I could just kick myself at how long these books have been sat on my bookshelf!
What a top tier romance. Book 1 was fun, but this just blew me away (pun intended IYKYK). Two incredibly lovable protagonists and an adorable kid. No third act breakup. Just pure entertainment and solid steamy times. One of my top romances of the year. 5⭐️
SO GOOD. She's just inherited her step grandmother's New Hampshire tulip farm after being left at the alter, and he's the owner of the neighboring farm (and her former high school friend, who just so happens to have been pining for her ever since). Small town, slow burn romance with an adorably fowl mouthed niece and a grumpy, broody, quiet MMC that turns into a vocal, alpha, freak-in-the-sheets. YES PLEASE! 🔥
